VIP Tour Payment:

• We require a valid card on file to secure any VIP Tour.

• Payment is due at the end of your VIP Tour.

• Ticket admission for all guests and Lightning Lanes are not included in your VIP Tour pricing and are to be purchased separately.

• If you decide to extend your VIP Tour past the initial 6 hour minimum, then you will be charged additionally in 30-minute increments.

• Gratuity is not included in pricing, however is greatly appreciated of your VIP guide.

Cancellation Policy: ​

• There is NO cancellation fee if you cancel outside of 7 days from your VIP Tour.

• All cancellations made WITHIN 7 days of your VIP Tour will be subject to a 2 hour fee, charged to your card on file.

• Cancellation fees apply to each day cancelled.

 

Covid-19 Disclosure & Release:

• An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. You and your guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Legacy VIP Tours LLC or any of their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or representatives liable for any illness or injury.
