With both services you can expect to experience up to 10+ attractions and shows while waiting 0-15 minutes on average. The in-person VIP Tour will be with a personal tour guide right by your side to navigate you through the park from attraction to attraction. Keep in mind your tour guide is also there to help push your stroller, take family photos, grab snacks and drinks while you're on a ride, stay off big attractions with the little ones, etc. The Virtual VIP Tour will be completely via text message or iMessage. You will have an assigned Virtual host that will be managing your fast passes and communicating with your party via text message or iMessage, letting you know exactly where to go next with percise screenshotted directions.

Your time is valuable. "When should I arrive?" "What rides should I do first?" "What Lightning Lanes should I book?" "Where do I go next?" With our park knowledge and planning experience, we ensure that your group is guided throughout the theme park in the most efficient of manners and that you are maximizing your time spent at the park.

We highly recommend starting your day prior to park open, typically around 8:00am. We have precisely timed daily itineraries that begin at rope drop (park opening). Starting your tour later than our suggested time, may mean that you will miss out on certain top attractions for that park.

There is a 6 hour consecutive minimum per day. The clock starts at the time you are scheduled to arrive at the park. If you would like to extend for longer, we bill in 30 minute increments at your quoted hourly rate.

In-Person VIP Tour prices can range from $250-350/hr for up to 8 guests, depending on the time of year. Virtual VIP Tour prices can range from $100-150/hr for up to 10 guests, depending on the time of the year. Pricing does not include ticket entry or Lighting Lane purchases for any guests. This must be purchased separately.

Gratuity is not included in your bill, however it is greatly appreciated. There will be an option to add gratuity for your guide at the end of your tour. 18-20% is a standard amount for excellent service.
